MBTI Leader Communication
You know what you want to say, but your message doesn’t always land as intended. A suggestion is misunderstood, a team member tunes out, or feedback creates tension. You’re not alone—leaders often wonder why communication can feel so unpredictable, especially when working with different personalities and styles.
Communication gaps within organizations can lead to costly misunderstandings, low morale, and misaligned efforts. When leaders don’t adapt their approach to the people they work with, the effects appear in disengaged teams, stalled projects, and unclear direction. With growing demands for collaboration, clarity, and inclusion, leaders need the tools to connect in ways that resonate.
This workshop uses the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to help you understand and adjust your communication style. You’ll explore your MBTI results, participate in activities that highlight different preferences, and practice strategies for giving feedback, resolving conflict, and leading conversations with more intention. You’ll learn what gets in the way and what supports stronger communication when working with various personalities.
You’ll walk away with practical tools to improve your leadership and communication. You’ll gain insight into your style, recognize what others need from you, and build the confidence to lead with more clarity and empathy. Whether holding check-ins or leading complex conversations, you’ll be better equipped to build trust and support stronger teamwork.

- Identify your MBTI type and recognize how it shapes your communication and leadership style.
- Identify and appreciate the range of communication preferences within your team.
- Adjust your communication approach to better connect with and motivate different personality types.
- Use type-informed strategies to give feedback and manage conflict more effectively.
- Support a more inclusive and collaborative team environment by applying MBTI insights.
- Communicate more clearly through practical techniques for sharing ideas, instructions, and feedback.
- Create a personalized action plan for applying MBTI concepts to your daily leadership.

This session is designed for leaders, supervisors, and professionals who want to enhance their ability to connect, coach, and collaborate with a wide range of communication styles. Whether you're new to MBTI or looking to apply it more intentionally in your role, this workshop offers practical tools to support stronger team relationships and clearer leadership communication.
