Jackie brings over 25 years of experience as an adult educator and training and development consultant. As an Instructor, she delivers workshops in leadership, presentation skills, train-the-trainer, team building, performance management, time management, and productivity, both in person and virtually. She has worked with a wide range of subject matter experts to custom design courses tailored to each client's context. A continuous learner herself, she is known for motivating, mentoring, and coaching participants to develop their potential and reach their goals.

Jackie holds a Certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University and a Human Resource Management Diploma from the University of Winnipeg.
