The Eclectic Approach: how we work, and why it matters.
Over the years, we’ve developed a way of working that shapes every engagement. We call it The Eclectic Approach. It is a set of commitments to how we show up, how we partner with you, and how we stay close long after the work is done.
Every engagement begins with a conversation. Before we propose anything, we take the time to understand your organization, your team, your strengths, your challenges, and what you're trying to achieve. We ask questions, we listen, and we get to know your world.
From there, we work with you to identify what you actually need. That means being honest about where we can help, what your team can handle internally, and where another partner may serve you better. We would rather point you in the right direction than take on work that is not the right fit.
Once we have a plan, we see it through. We manage the process, keep to schedule, deliver on our commitments, and check in regularly to make sure the work is on track and still meeting your needs. You always know where things stand.
And when the project wraps up, we stay close. We follow up, stay in touch, and remain available as your needs evolve. Many of our best client relationships started with one project and grew from there.
Throughout everything, we bring an accessibility and inclusion lens, adapt to your organizational culture, and treat your goals with the same care we bring to our own work. We offer bilingual delivery in English and French for select workshops, events, and The Eclectic Exchange.
