Susan brings over 20 years of experience in training, writing, and editing. In her role as an Instructor and Writing Coach, she works with clients to develop clear and effective communications across formats such as newsletters, blogs, proposals, and eBooks. Since joining Eclectic in 2013, she has become a highly regarded facilitator, known for her engaging delivery style and ability to connect with participants. Her background in Toastmasters has further strengthened her skills in public speaking and leadership.

Susan has completed training in adult education, presentation skills, and coaching. She is certified to deliver EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence sessions and is a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP).
